With over 35 years of experience in education and the primary, secondary, and university levels, Kelly has walked a number of different paths through his career. From classroom teacher to administrator to university lecturer and convention speaker, Kelly has continued to learn as a lifelong learner. Knowing that knowledge is ever changing, Kelly continues to seek out new ideas and experiences in order to share what he has learned with others. As a father of 8 children, Kelly has learned that there is no one way to support and raise a child. And it is through the workings of the Holy Spirit and faith in God that guides him and his wife in their efforts as parents and educators.
